Polaris is guided by its core values of integrity, quality, innovation and commitment as it delivers Operational Excellence
Polaris' commitment to integrity and corporate stewardship extends to its diverse and worldwide supply base. To ensure that suppliers conduct business with a high degree of integrity and in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, all of Polaris' suppliers are expected to adhere to this Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code") and Polaris Human Rights Policy.
General Responsibility
Suppliers are expected to do what is necessary to comply with this Code without delay. Suppliers are expected to be familiar with the business practices of their suppliers and subcontractors and ensure they operate within the guidelines of this Code. Failure to comply with this Code may result in discontinuance of business relationships.
Key Expectations
Polaris wants to avoid even the appearance of making business decisions based on improper factors. In accordance with this policy, employees may not accept gifts, gratuities, entertainment, or any other favors from anyone who is doing business with Polaris or who wishes to do business with Polaris. In unique or special circumstances, a favor or gift may be accepted if they are infrequent, of nominal value and are normal and customary given the business circumstance. Employees may never accept cash or a loan. Polaris requests that suppliers respect this policy.
